Understanding nutrition: The 90 day intensive

In this program we will explore the concept of "what our food does for us vs. what our food does to us." Focussing on one topic a week, at the end of this program you will have an in depth understanding of how our body uses food, what calories are, how our body responds to the foods we eat, how to monitor and control body weight, and the importance of making healthy choices most of the time. This program includes a 1 hour lesson via Skype per week, weekly objectives, recipes, tips, and tricks, as well as a 1 hour guided grocery store tour at the end of the course to help you apply what you've learned, ask questions, and put your knowledge into play for the future.

Losing weight the right way: A six month journey

This program is designed for those who have some weight to lose, but are generally leading a fairly healthy lifestyle already. We will start by assessing where you're currently at, setting a realistic goal for the future, and then setting a step-by-step customized action plan to help you get there. This program will provide customized weekly support, coaching, accountability, 30 minute in-person coaching sessions, measurement and progress tracking, assistance with meal plan creation, recipes, and tips and tricks to help you stay on track, stay motivated, and reach your goals. This program also includes a 1-on-1 guided grocery store tour.

Creating a lasting change: The one year 180°

This program is designed for those who need a complete overhaul to their current lifestyle, or have significant weight to lose. In this program, we start by assessing where you're currently at, setting a realistic future goal, and creating a step-by-step action plan to help you get there. This program will encompass the basics of nutrition, as well as providing semi-weekly accountability check-in calls, daily text/e-mail access, 1 hour weekly in-person coaching sessions, measurements and progress tracking, assistance with meal plan creation, recipes, and tips, tricks, and motivation to ensure you're able to reach your goals. This program also includes a 1-on-1 guided grocery store tour.

Healthy eating grocery store tour: 2 hours to healthier eating

This is a group program which requires a minimum of 6 participants to run. Excellent for a "mom's night out" with the girls! You will learn about nutritional labels, common ingredients to avoid, common labelling and their meanings, discuss various produce and effective uses, receive recipes, tips, tricks, and have an opportunity to ask questions about the products you're currently purchasing.

Private grocery store tour: 1 hour to healthier eating

This program is the same as above but offered on a one-on-one basis. You will receive specific suggestions based on what you currently buy, guidance to making better choices, and focussed attention on your specific questions, in addition to the learning described above in the group tour.
