Crisis Relief: A 28 day intensive
- This program is designed to respond to any specific trauma and/or crisis that you may be working through right now. It provides 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks to help balance, re-align, and release any lingering effects from whatever situation you are currently dealing with. Sessions will include either Reiki or IET as dictated by each clients specific needs.

Rebalancing and Centering: A 90 day journey
- This program includes bi-weekly sessions over a three month period to help bring your body back into harmony and balance, as well as discussion and guidance with Amanda after each session. The sessions will encompass both Reiki and IET, based on each clients current needs.

Give it a try: IET or Reiki Session
- Never tried an energy healing session before? Want to give it a try before deciding what you think? This is the package for you. A single session, either Reiki or IET, to get a feel for the modality and see if it works for you. If you decide that it's right for you, receive 5% off of your first package purchase at the end of your treatment!

Learn to do Reiki: Level 1, Level 2, and Master Level
- These workshops will teach you how to practice Reiki on yourself (Level 1) and others (Level 2 and up). You will receive instruction, practice time, a manual, and the approriate manuals and attunements for each level. As these courses are only offered when there is a large enough group to allow for effective practice and integration of techniques, please contact us to get your name on the list!

Learn to do IET: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced (Coming soon)
- These workshops will teach you how to practice IET on yourself (Beginners) and others (Intermediate and up). You will learn how to remove negative patterns from your life, discover your souls mission, and draw your life purpose towards you, as well as attunements based on you level. As these courses will only be offered when there is a large enough group to allow for effective practice and integration of techniques, please contact us to get your name on the list!
